At the end of 2016 Sam began participating in personal training to help kick start his journey. Through the remainder of that year he continued to push himself by keeping up with the training, taking classes and trying various fitness challenges in Slainte. Sam also developed a love for weight training and learned how to build his own program. He also learned that it takes more than just lifting weights to see optimal results. This prompted him to get into running and expanding his exercise routine. Sam also developed clean eating habits by cutting out junk foods. Through his diet change and well-rounded exercise routine, Sam has lost 20 pounds while maintaining a good amount of muscle to keep himself strong. Sam is a great example of how achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle takes dedication to learning how to do it the right way. Please join me in congratulating Sam on his achievements.
