This workout is perfect for all levels of strength and ability! Follow along directly or increase your speed and see how many rounds you can get in 12 minutes. Before the workout begins grab a pen and paper to write down the repetitions for each exercise so you can move at your own pace. For reference, an AMRAP = as many rounds as possible (in a given amount of time).
