Since transitioning from College Help to full time in June 2018, Olivia has been committed to enhancing her health and wellness. To achieve her goals, Olivia
made an assertive effort to establish a balanced diet full of fruits and vegetables, exercise daily, and participate in Slainte events to heighten accountability. Olivia actively participates in personal training and Slainte fitness classes, and is open for trying new challenges. She has taken part in Walktober, Spring into Cardio, Renewed You, and the Toys for Tots Fitness Challenge. Through these lifestyle changes, Olivia has lost over 48 pounds while
building muscle and improving cardiovascular strength. Olivia’s journey shows how daily commitments lead to positive results. She looks forward to continuing her health and wellness journey in 2020 and beyond. Please join me in congratulating Olivia on her achievements.
