In 2016, Pat began personal training with an extremely important goal in mind: improving her health so that she can feel good and be active for the rest of her life. Since then, Pat has jumped all in and become a Slainte regular. Every week, Pat personal trains, attends multiple exercise classes and makes conscious, healthy nutrition choices. She has even learned to substitute healthier ingredients into baked goods and family-favorite dishes. Since 2016, Pat has lost thirty pounds and is stronger than ever. She is the perfect example that you can do anything you set your mind to (and with a smile). She fears nothing and is always willing to challenge herself and try something new. Pat, thank you for being such an inspirational example to others. We are so proud of you!
