Kelsie committed to changing herself for the better more than 2 years ago. What began as an uphill battle became more and more of an adventure once Kelsie’s mindset changed through her positive habits. Through healthy eating and an unwavering devotion to personal training and working out on her own, Kelsie has lost more than 60 pounds and 16 inches to date. She has also become a true motivator for others who she trains with, always pushing everyone to strive to do their best.
