After a diagnosis of pre-¬diabetes one year ago, Donna decided to make a change. She sought guidance from a dietician and Slainte trainer to help get her health on track. She started making small changes in her weekly meal planning. She now exercises regularly and continues to meet with a trainer to keep her on track. She was so motivated to continue her healthy lifestyle that she turned her basement into a home fitness center where she and her husband workout together nightly. At the “Know Your Numbers” screening in March, Donna was thrilled to find out her numbers are normal and she is no longer pre-¬diabetic! Donna, we are so proud of all that you have accomplished and the inspiration you bring to your team and your family.
