Two years ago, Chris decided that he wanted to be a stronger, healthier dad; not only to set a positive example, but to also be able to keep up with his kids as they grow up. Since making that decision, he has far surpassed his original goals. As an active member of Slainte, he participates in personal training, cardio and strength workouts and attends fitness classes. He also adopted healthier eating habits. Last fall, Chris decided that he wanted to try running. At the end of November, he finished his first half marathon; a goal that wasn’t even on his radar two years ago! Chris has demonstrated that with the right motivation and consistent hard work, anything is possible. We are so excited to see what he conquers in the future.
