At the end of 2015, Jim made the decision to begin the journey to become healthier. He started with personal training, and progressed with extra cardio workouts. Now we see him in Slainte every day mixing up his routine. After losing 30 lbs and lowering his cholesterol and blood sugar, Jim is feeling the positive impact his changes have made. He has developed better eating habits and increased energy throughout the day, while maintaining a strong determination to continue to get better. Needless to say, Jim has become a prime example of what hard work and dedication can really accomplish.
