Whether you are working from home, in the office, driving or relaxing, you probably spend a lot of time seated. Over time, this can cause pain and other issues in your body, making it increasingly important to get up and move many times throughout the day.

To help you get moving, we created a 12-minute movement flow, with a minute of hip openers at the end. The video is easy to do whenever you need a movement break. Your body can move in over 60 different ways, and this movement sequence will help you hit just about every one of them! This flow can also serve as a warmup before your next workout routine.

Find a nice, quiet space, and have a chair nearby for the ending. Focus on mindfully moving through the sequence, breathing in unison with your movement and being in the moment. Enjoy the flow!
