Sometimes we don’t realize our full potential, or we need something to motivate us. It takes a decision deep down to want more. Running over four miles when she never could run one, losing 15 pounds and working out consistently for the past eight months are just a few of Jess’ accomplishments. She’s had her road blocks, but she has busted through them and made eating healthy and working out a habit. If you ask her, she will tell you she didn’t do this on her own, and she still hates running, but she is too modest to tell you about the others that she has lifted up and inspired by her actions. She may not love every workout, but there’s no denying she loves the way the workouts make her feel. Keep working hard, Jess. Your limits are endless!
