Over the past year, Mary has been taking charge of her health. She started by small behavior changes in her eating plan one at a time, walking and taking classes in Slainte. Mary has persevered and has lost over 50 lbs. and is managing her health with these positive changes. Mary’s great attitude and fun spirit bring a ray of sunshine in the “Lite and Lively” fitness class. There’s lots of laughter, but Mary always tries hard and never gives up in her workout. Mary, we are very proud of your accomplishments and support you every step of the way in your wellness journey!
