In 2016, Ali May decided that she was going
to make a lifestyle change that would lead her to be
healthier and happier. She demonstrated what it meant
to set a goal and attack it with an actionable attitude. Ali
began seeking nutrition advice to eat healthier. She
also started personal training in Slainte and is an avid
participant in group fitness classes. Through all these
lifestyle changes Ali has lost over 20 pounds. Her
smile, energy and positive influence are what make Ali
a star. She is a shining example of what a positive mind
and warm heart can accomplish with the right attitude.
