When the odds are stacked against Jeff and excuses plague his mind, Jeff digs deep and makes fitness a priority. Over the past two years, Jeff has become known as one of the most hard-working and consistent Slainte members, participating in events like personal training, yoga, boot camp, the Bulldog Challenger, Class Royals and the Turkey Trot, just to name a few. He shows his dedication to being the best version of himself by continually setting new goals and looking for ways to improve his health, even when they are outside his comfort zone. From choosing healthier meals to running his first 5k and being stronger than before, Jeff’s fitness has even translated completely into his personal life. We look forward to seeing how Jeff continues to grow in his wellness journey!
