Some of the best lessons I’ve learned in life came from sports. One particular lesson resulted from a time when my team and I were at practice, going through the motions on autopilot. The only goal we had that day was to get through the next 60 minutes as fast as we could.

Our coach stopped practice to remind us, regardless of how we were feeling, we shouldn’t waste his time or our own. He urged us to practice the right way: mindfully and purposefully. Those words struck me that day, and they continue to resonate with me.

The past 14 weeks, we encouraged you to go all in on your health and wellness. We urged you to evaluate and improve your behaviors by being mindful and making decisions with purpose. We set weekly intentions, and we encouraged you to end every week proud of your accomplishments. Along the way, we hope you learned lessons, tips and practices you can continue to use long after the challenge.

Time is your most valuable possession. You can’t slow it down, you can’t speed it up and you certainly can’t hit pause. The only thing you can control is the way you spend it. We hope you continue to spend it going all in.
