Marianne Costa (Winter 2015)– “Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.” Through hard work and perseverance, Marianne has embedded exercise and healthy eating into her lifestyle. She has consistently worked out five days a week for over a year and a half. The old Marianne looked for any excuse not to work out. Now there isn’t anything that can get in her way! Whether it’s before work, after work or at lunch she always finds time to work out, sometimes twice a day. Marianne refuses to allow injury, adversity or a busy schedule to keep her from reaching her goals. She has shown true commitment to her health and continues to challenge herself each day. Marianne exemplifies that with hard work and a strong will, you can overcome anything.
