According to Meriam-Webster, strength is the quality or state of being strong β€” the capacity for exertion or endurance. From a physical perspective, strength allows us to lift heavy objects, complete daily activities and perform awesome feats.

While strength is all these things, it is also so much more.

Strength is reframing negative thoughts and adverse circumstances.

Strength is having the courage to jump out of your comfort zone.

Strength is adapting to change.

Strength is practicing self-compassion.

Strength is fighting through a cancer diagnosis with hope.

Strength is saying to yourself, β€œYes, I can,” and believing it.

This month, we celebrate October Together β€” Stronger Together with various events and fundraisers for Breastcancer.org. Breastcancer.org is an online resource that spreads awareness and provides guidance to those who have been affected by a breast cancer diagnosis.

As part of our fundraising efforts, we are selling a beaded bracelet that features the word strength in international Morse code. In moments of doubt, this bracelet can be a simple reminder to channel your inner strength.

Remember: The task ahead of you is never as great as the strength within you.
