In 2017, Tara made wellness a top priority in her life, fully knowing that it would be a journey. Over the last two years, Tara truly put in the work. Every Monday morning, she set herself up for success by planning and scheduling out her workouts and healthy dinners for the week. She improved her nutrition, worked out consistently 4-5 days a week, personal trained, attended group exercise classes and challenged herself along the way. Not only has Tara’s wellness journey led her to lose weight and build muscle, it has brought her to conquer new fitness feats such as winning the Class Royals Challenge, completing a Tough Mudder and running multiple 5k races. We are so proud of all you’ve accomplished so far Tara, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for you next!
