Lyndsay’s wellness journey began years ago, but in the past two years, she has made exercise a vital part of her routine. She will be the first person to tell you that she never imagined working out would be a habit she would want to do. After she tackled a consistent workout routine, Lyndsay sought out advice from our nutritionist and made healthy changes that have led her to lose 5% body fat, over 20 lbs. and build both muscle and her confidence. She has even translated her healthy lifestyle to her husband and three children, running 5K’s, doing burpees and staying active on the weekends as a family. We are so proud of you Lyndsay!
