Cory became serious with his wellness journey during the Renewed You Challenge in 2017. When the 14-week challenge came to an end, Cory’s progress did not. He kept pushing himself to higher and higher limits, persevering through every obstacle that stood in his way. He now trains multiple times a week in Slainte, runs regularly and takes group classes to stay active. With exercise and a more health-conscious diet, Cory has now lost over 40 pounds and counting! He is a great example of working hard when no one else is watching, as his 12 to 8 p.m. schedule demands him to work out in the off-hours of Slainte. We are so proud of you, Cory and we can’t wait to see where your wellness journey takes you next.
