Stefani’s wellness journey has had
many twists and turns, but she has never lost sight of her
goal to be happy with whom she is at the end of the day.
Over the past 2 years, Stefani has lost over 50 pounds by
making a continuous commitment to her personal health.
Stefani now practices yoga, personal trains once a week,
and also takes Boot Camp every Wednesday. Even when
Stefani is on the road, she makes sure to find the closest
fitness center for her workouts. Stefani is more
enthusiastic about her health and wellness goals, and
has a more confident attitude towards things that were
once intimidating. Stefani, we are all so proud of you for
your accomplishments and wish you the best with your
continued success!
