Over a year ago, Mark decided that if he really wanted success, he had to change his habits. He knew that going through the motions wasn’t going to give him the success he desired. He made the decision to prioritize his fitness every day. Along with personal training, he became a regular in classes like Bootcamp, Kickboxing and Body Bar. Mark went from maintaining to gaining. From zero pull-ups to over 20. From low intensity elliptical to running 5Ks. From eating whatever he wanted to choosing healthy meals and planting his own vegetable garden. If you ask him, he will humbly say that he still isn’t there, but he is working on it. Congratulations Mark on not only setting goals but reaching them and striving for more every day!
