As a parent, Julius knew the positive impact he could have on his children and decided he wanted to adopt a healthy lifestyle, not only to set a good example, but also to make sure he remained in good health to be there for his family long term. Together, he and his wife started focusing on nutrition by becoming more educated about what they were eating. Consistently planning healthy meals is now the norm in their household. Julius also went from playing basketball a few times a week to increasing his cardio exercise and adding strength training.
