Equipment: Mat (optional) and dumbbells or soup cans.

What to Expect: Join me for a fun, strength workout that is bound to get your heart rate pumping! Complete 10 rounds of 10 exercises. Each round consists of 5 reps of each exercise. You will have 3 minutes to complete each round.  The goal of this workout to concentrate on completing perfect form for each repetition.
