Sports Cardio

It’s time to bring out your inner athlete! This class includes sports agility drills such as sprints, body weight cardio exercises, and Battle Rope intervals. If you like intensity and training at a higher athletic level, then this workout with us on Tuesdays at 5:15 p.m. Game on!

Lite & Lively

As the title states – we keep it lite and lively in this class with low impact exercise and high energy. This class is great for beginners and intermediate fitness levels and those who want a fun exercise class that is not intimidating. In 45 minutes, you will have worked your entire body and feel great for the remainder of your workday.

Lite and Lively is offered two days a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:30 p.m. See you in class!

Power Yoga

A hatha yoga blend and breathing techniques. This yoga class includes fluid movements sun salutations, hi to low planks,, standing strength and balance poses. You choose your level of “power” within each pose as directed by the instructor, which makes this class suitable for all levels. Find your inner balance of strength and flexibility within your practice and use the meditation phase to find peace and clarity.

Power Yoga is offered Monday at 5:15 p.m., Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. and Friday’s at 12:45 p.m.

Body Bar Fit

A Body Bar class that works to all levels with focus on building muscle endurance and strength. This workout is also specially designed to keep your heart rate up while getting stronger. Whether you are just starting out or train regularly, you will be challenged to give your best in each class. Each class if uniquely different, show up to find out!

Cardio & Strength

Wake up and get on the go with this AM cardio and sculpting class. In 40 minutes, you will work your heart with cardio such as jumping jacks and easy to learn movement patterns, complimented by strength training.

Any level can join in the early morning fun

Synergy Yoga

Drop and give me Zen. Find your inner yogi and come practice at this 50 minute yoga session. Synergy yoga is a powerful flow class with focus on alignment and breathing with synergistic transitions.

Cardio-Body Training

A combination class of HIIT and sculpting. In class we do short burst cardio with active rest intervals, use various equipment for strength and unique progressive bodyweight exercises to build the heart muscle and tone the entire body. The class is designed for all levels.

Join us each Monday at noon and leave feeling worked, but invigorated!

Sunrise Shred Tabata

High energy, Tabata/mixed intervals to improve your strength and cardio endurance! Work at your own pace but to your full potential.
