On Friday’s we dance into weekend into Slainte! Derived from Dancing with the Stars – come to learn cha cha, jive, rumba, salsa and samba dance styles fused into a cardio workout. Whether you have dance experience or none at all – we teach you the basic moves to fun, upbeat playlists that we change each week. After you have danced with the LaBlast team, you walk out ready for the weekend and simply, had a great time!

Finish your week strong with this fun, total-body workout that will have your heart pumping for a full 60 minutes. This class is designed for all fitness levels with 20 minutes of cardio interval stations, 20 minutes of pure strength and 20 minutes of core training and stretching. Rise and workout!

Class is offered on Fridays at 6:30 a.m.

Tabata Interval Training

Come challenge yourself with some TNT – Thursday Night Tabata! Traditional Tabata style segments: 8 rounds consisting of 20 seconds of 100% effort, 10 seconds of rest. Each Tabata round is infused with total body cardio and strength conditioning. You can expect to be both physically and mentally stimulated by the fast-pace switch of effective exercises, as well as the switch between cardio and muscle segments. Lower impact options are always demonstrated to ensure that this class is for all levels of fitness.

Yoga Flow

Learn the basics of traditional yoga poses that flow into one another. A sample class would include a warm-up with Sun Salutations, then strengthen with Warrior poses, then release sore tense muscles with restorative poses. This class allows you to let go and breathe deep.

TKO Box

Total Knock-Out Box class. Join us Thursdays at noon for combo class of upper body punching and lower body kicking. Each punch/kick interval is designed to raise the heart rate in Tae-Bo style. This class offers it all – upper and lower body training with cardio endurance. Plus, the patterns are easy to follow and give you maximum results!

Bosu and Box

Fun, energizing kick box intervals with bosu strength, cardio and core intervals. Expect to burn and build arm definition with various punching patterns. Strengthen and tone the lower body with kick intervals that also raise the heart rate. Complete your workout with abdominal and low back exercises, followed by dynamic stretching. A great way to get cardio, toning, core and flexibility into your day.

Bar & Sculpt

Toning class using primarily the Body Bar, supplemented with various equipment such as bands, balls, and mat-work. Using different equipment challenges your muscles in different ways. For example in one class you may lunge with the bar and another you may lunge using tubing.

Join us each Wednesday at 1 p.m. and start sculpting!

Bootcamp

A high-intensity, total body conditioning class in a fun group atmosphere. Using Battle Ropes, challenge yourself in each interval to your peak potential. Active recovery intervals are self-directed exercises such as squats, lunges, running, crunches, pushups – your choice. Participants should work at their own pace, but prepare to work hard!

Morning Yoga

The perfect way to start your day! Class begins with breath awareness exercises and a few moments of quiet reflection. Some gentle stretching opens the way to a practice of yoga poses to build strength, flexibility, and awareness. For all levels. Postures include: warrior, crescent lunge, seated stretches with strap.
