Ms. Lauren Scotti is Vice President, Director of Slainte Fitness, and Personal Development Team Leader at USLI, leading the Slainte team and organizing the company’s recreational sports teams. Before assuming her current role, she started with the company in 2009 as a student intern in the Slainte Fitness Center.

Ms. Scotti is a 2009 graduate of Rowan University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Fitness Management while also playing lacrosse for the school. She is certified in personal training from the American Council on Exercise, AAA-I for Group Fitness, Tabata Boot Camp, and she is also certified in Cholesterol Screening by Rowan University. Ms. Scotti has experience helping individuals create behavior change through nutrition, exercise and smoking cessation. She teaches Sunrise Shred and 10 Rounds of Strength while also personal training various abilities of clientele.

Ms. Scotti actively participates in planning many USLI wellness initiatives including Renewed You, Breastcancer.org events, smoking cessation programs and teaching wellness classes. She enjoys staying fit by running, spinning and participating in HIIT, Boot Camp, and yoga classes. Ms. Scotti gets the most enjoyment from living an active lifestyle with her family. Her greatest fitness accomplishment was summiting Mount Kilimanjaro in 2011.
