Ms. Alexandra Hoppman is a Fitness and Wellness Coach in the Slainte Fitness Center at USLI. She is a 2017 graduate of Eastern University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science. At Eastern, she worked closely with the strength and conditioning department, learning different exercise styles based on individual needs.
At USLI, Ms. Hoppman helps plan monthly wellness challenges, provides one-on-one coaching to promote healthy behavior changes, teaches group fitness and wellness classes through USLI University, and motivates individuals through personal training.
Ms. Hoppman is an AAA-I–certified personal trainer, with experience in Olympic lifting, small group training and one-on-one training. Prior to starting at USLI, she worked in a physical therapy clinic, where she gained experience working with patients pre- and post-injury. She has experience creating a positive atmosphere through health and wellness and enjoys helping people achieve their goals.
Ms. Hoppman enjoys staying fit by strength training weekly and going on daily walks and runs. She values her daily workouts because they help her decrease stress and stay motivated and focused throughout her workday.
