Are you experiencing stiffness or pain, or are you an athlete trying to enhance your performance? This class will teach you how to properly breathe, stimulate the diaphragm and work with spinal and postural stabilizer muscles. The goal of this class is to reset your spine and posture by opening the spinal column and stimulating the mind-muscle connection.

These exercises can be completed anywhere — no equipment necessary. While this class is breathing-focused, we recommend you wear comfortable clothing as most of the class will be mat work. Join us on Thursdays at 11:30 a.m.
