Come challenge yourself with some Tabata! Traditional Tabata style segments: 8 rounds consisting of 20 seconds of 100% effort, 10 seconds of rest. Each Tabata round is infused with total body cardio and strength conditioning. You can expect to be both physically and mentally stimulated by the fast-pace switch of effective exercises, as well as the switch between cardio and muscle segments. Lower impact options are always demonstrated to ensure that this class is for all levels of fitness.
