As the title states – we keep it lite and lively in this class with  low impact exercise and high energy.  This class is great for beginners and intermediate fitness levels and those who want a fun exercise class that is not intimidating.  In 45 minutes, you will have worked your entire body and feel great for the remainder of your workday.  

Lite and Lively is offered two days a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.  See you in class!
