Holly Lockhoff is a highly experienced registered dietitian who has been working in both clinical and private practice settings for over a decade. She works with all individuals, including those seeking to improve the quality of their diet, learn new meal ideas and recipes, and manage chronic diseases like diabetes or high cholesterol. As a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, Holly works with athletes and active adults to enhance their performance through personalized nutrition. She adopts a food-first approach and helps clients find practical solutions to improve their nutrition and diet without making things complicated.

Holly’s ultimate goal is to help her clients feel good about their food choices and improve their relationship with food. She believes nutrition should be simple and realistic and strives to assist her clients in achieving their health and wellness goals by creating personalized nutrition plans.

Shelby is a board-certified sports dietitian and works with adolescents and adults. Shelby started her career as a pediatric dietitian and, over the last few years, transitioned to working in sports and performance nutrition. All of her valuable experience allows her to create individual nutrition plans for her clients. She enjoys helping athletes and active adults meet their goals by finding simple, sustainable solutions. As an active female, Shelby uses her knowledge and love for nutrition to fuel her exercise and busy life. Shelby is from the Greater Philadelphia area. In her free time, she loves to cook, be active outside, and spend time with friends and family.
