Start your week off bright and early with a challenging workout made for all levels of fitness. This fun, energy boosting class will wake up your muscles and get your heart pumping. The class progresses through multiple intervals that combine major muscle group exercises, isometric holds and cardiovascular work. Every exercise demonstrated has three levels which allows you to control your own workout. Come start your week bright and early with us on Mondays at 6:30 a.m.
