Cardio-Body Training

A combination class of HIIT and sculpting. In class we do short burst cardio with active rest intervals, use various equipment for strength and unique progressive bodyweight exercises to build the heart muscle and tone the entire body. The class is designed for all levels.

Join us each Monday at noon and leave feeling worked, but invigorated!
