Power Yoga

A hatha yoga blend and breathing techniques. This yoga class includes fluid movements sun salutations, hi to low planks,, standing strength and balance poses. You choose your level of “power” within each pose as directed by the instructor, which makes this class suitable for all levels. Find your inner balance of strength and flexibility within your practice and use the meditation phase to find peace and clarity.

Power Yoga is offered Monday at 5:15 p.m., Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. and Friday’s at 12:45 p.m.
